This service is a holistic approach in investigating an exisiting Fixed Plant or Mobile Fleet Fuel, Lubrication, Air and Coolant (FLAC) Management Program.  A detailed technical audit to exmine in-house practices in storages, handling and dispensing, science of laboratory analysis, maintenance practices, safety, trainings and recycle or disposals.  This is to maintain plant or fleet cleanliness (ISO 4406 standards) and  overall reliability.
